Helpdesk Support Technician

Provides technical assistance to computer users.  Answers phone calls, documents problems, analyzes and resolves or escalates the resolution of problems with computer hardware and software.  Installs, modifies and repairs computer hardware and software.  Works closely with Network/Computer Systems Administrators, following instructions and pre-established guidelines of the IT Department.  Assists in various technology projects in support of the staff and mission of the organization.  This position is hourly, non-exempt. -EOE
