Home Care Coordinator - RN Sales

Overview: Tender Loving Care Home Health Services, a leading medicare Home Health Provider has an immediate opening for a RN to join our sales team. The Home Health Coordinator manages and facilitates the safe and timely transfer of patients from a hospital or skilled nursing facility to the care of Tender Loving Care, Staff Builders. Responsibilities: This individual applies nursing knowledge in assessing, implementing, and evaluating client response to actual or potential health problems. He/she functions under the direction of the Area Sales Manager or designee.Qualifications: *Must be currently licensed (in good standing) in state(s) of nursing practice.Baccalaureate of Science of Nursing (BSN) preferred, *Two- (2) year experience as a professional nurse which includes management, administrative or discharge planning, sales experience. *Case management, Discharge Planning experience in a Hospital or SNF preferred. ~CB~ DATE POSTED: 09/11/2007
