(a pharmacy benefits manager), Walgreens Mail Service Inc., Walgreens Home Care Inc., and Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy LLC.Essential Skills:The individual is responsible for the following: assists in the attaining of the unit sales through the management of personnel, systems, and methods which will provide above-average service to the patients, customers, or payers; recommends and participates in the development of the budget for personnel, expenses, and inventory for distribution center activities; recommends, implements, and controls loss prevention procedures to identify and minimize profit loss; Implements, coordinates, and assists in the development of policies and procedures for compliance with ACHC accrediting body; responsible for developing and managing the scheduling, routing, and job responsibilities for the technical staff to attain maximum efficiency and productivity; managing the maintenance records for all HME, respiratory, and IV equipment as required; and implements department organization structure through proper hiring, scheduling, assignment of responsibility, delegation of authority, and the disciplinary process.Qualifications:The qualifications include the following: Bachelor’s degree or advance degree in related filed (preferred); minimum 3 years' management experience with progression in responsibility; budget plan and execution and ability to meet financial goals; excellent organizational skills; demonstrate ability to train and coach others; strong organizational and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to problem-solve, decision-making and analytical skills..
