He/she works under the direct supervision of the Care Team Manager and/or ADCS.Qualifications: ~CB~ Date Posted 3/14/2008 A Registered Nurse graduated from an approved school of nursing with a minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience required; previous home care or hospice nursing experience preferred. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) in which he/she is required to practice. * Ability to relate to and treat acutely ill/terminally ill patients/families and their particular problems. *Must possess strong clinical assessment, evaluation and patient education skills. Must possess current knowledge of clinical techniques and procedures and be able to effectively perform the duties and tasks outlined in the patient's care plan.
