Intrepid USA Home Health Services has an immediate need for an experienced Home Health Agency Administrator for our Des Moines, IA agency.  We offer an excellent salary, an interdisciplinary team approach to care in a supportive environment and the training to help you succeed. 

 

Candidates must be an RN with recent home health experience to be considered.

 

Responsible for planning, developing and directing the programs, services, activities and employees of the agency consistent with company policies.

 

Accountable for agency's revenue and profit performance, adherence to company systems and compliance with State and Federal regulations.

 

Oversees the implementation, maintenance and compliance with Performance Improvement activities, including the Corporate Compliance Program.

Requirements:

 

Current licensed RN with recent home health experience and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
