We are one of the areas largest providers of comprehensive hospice.  We serve patients throughout the Western PA. area  and are a single source for skilled nursing; physical, occupational, and speech services; hospice services; social work;  pharmacy management; help with daily living activities; and other therapies and services. We are currently searching for an experienced Hospice Director to:

 

·  Oversee the general management of operations.

·  Analyze gross profit factors, market conditions, business volume/mix, competition and operational costs/requirements.

·  Ensure continued growth by expanding new and existing client base.

·  Work with clinical resources to oversee patient intake/inquiries and assess patient needs.

·  Develop annual budget and monitor expenditures.

 

The ideal candidate will have previous Hospice or Home Health Director experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in this capacity.  prior success in revenue growth and in the development and execution of market planning and leadership; minimum of 5 years operations experience with strong focus on sales and business development; and a minimum of a BA in Health Administration or related field.
