House Manager

A House Manager is needed to provide clinical and administrative support during evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours. Assures that patients are provided with a safe, effective environment within which they are assisted in improving their overall health status. Job responsibilities include patient care in accordance with the nursing process and protocols, assures staffing, training, continuing education, supports cost containment methods, and provides input for captial budget. Must possess current Maine state nursing license, 2 years of progressive leadership role, ability to problem solve, and critical thinking skills. Knowledge base to include nursing assessment and skills for all age groups from neonate to geriatrics.
