Human Resources Training & Content Designer -  This person will partner with the Training and Development Manager in identifying training needs and recommending appropriate paths for development.  This position is responsible for but not limited to the design, development and enhancement of all current and new training curriculums. 

 

Successful Candidates must have :

 

A Master’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management and minimum of one year of professional training/development experience

OR

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management and a minimum two years of professional training/development experience

 

Experience developing computer based training programs and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Power point), Snagit8 and Abode Captivate preferred.
