Human Resources Coordinator

Job Objective:

The Human Resources Coordinator reports directly to the Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Human Resources Director in all aspects relating to the Human Resources Department and for the supervision of the Human Resources subordinate positions. The Human Resources Coordinator position requires minimal supervision, and works independently with confidentiality and decision.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Revises current job descriptions and on an as need basis assists in creating new ones. Recruits for available positions to be filled, utilizing various mediums of advertisement, including but not limited to classified ads, employment announcements, job fairs, residency programs. Assists the Human Resources Director in revising and updating the current Policies and Procedures Manual. Manages Worker's Compensation Program, including assisting the HR Director in obtaining annual bids from various providers. Assists in producing comparison, salary scales surveys.
