Human Resources Director

Alpha Homes is a Provider of Community based Residential services to Developmentally Disabled, Physically challenged and Traumatic Brain Injury Clients.  We currently operate 20 State Licensed, 4 person Adult Family homes and Supportive Apartment Programs in Racine and Kenosha Counties.  Alpha Homes has been in business for 22 years with current expansion on-going.  We presently have 155 employees.  The Human Resources Director performs professional level of human resources work and carries out responsibilities in all functional areas including staffing, scheduling, employee relations, compensation, training, employment, labor relations, safety, affirmative action and employment equity programs, and personnel research.  Advises employee and management personnel on development as well as the interpretation of personnel policies, programs, and procedures.  Level of responsibility typically requires a degree in Human Resources.  Carries out administrative work involving the human resources functions and maintains related records.  Ensures that programs are carried out in a professional manner.  Prefer experience in Home Health field.  Minimum requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years experience.  Competitive salary and benefits.
