Human Resources Generalist

OrthoNet is a leading healthcare management company located in White Plains, NY.  We employee over 300 employees in NY, California and Florida.

We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist to assist in the delivery of all HR services, including helping in the design, implementation and development of all HR policies, procedures and programs.  Experience with recruitment, employee benefits, and employee relations is critical to success.

Primary responsibilities include:

 Recruitment (including sourcing, screening, offer) of exempt and not-exempt positionsNew employee on-boarding (orientations)Employee relations (assist supervisors with employee issues)Benefits coordination (orientations, enrollments, troubleshooting)Report generation (new hires/terms/staffing levels) using MS Office productsAssist in development/rollout of policies and proceduresAssist in execution of year end evaluation program

In addition to prior HR experience, excellent PC skills and both oral and written communication skills are essential.  Also key is the ability to proactively work through complex employee relations issues with all levels of management and staff.
