Human Resources Project Manager

In this key position, you will provide oversight for all projects related to integration of acquired entities within assigned areas. This could include leading projects directly, directing other managers assigned to lead projects and managing overall project commitments and delivery. You will work with an assigned area to capture synergies related to the transaction. You will also work with assigned areas to prepare Integration Reports including Project Charter, Project Plan, Day one Plan, Key Assumptions and Open Items. To qualify, you need: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • 5+ years of related Project Management experience • 7+ years of Human Resources experience • Ability to effectively manage multiple, simultaneous, complex projects and ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, on budget, with a high degree of quality, achieving high customer satisfaction and realizing intended business results• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and communicate an integration vision, translating that vision into realistic plans and project portfolios• Technical knowledge with the understanding or experience required to perform essential functions• Excellent oral, written, listening and collaboration skills• Regular, consistent attendance and punctuality • Ability to meet strict deadlines• Computer literacy with MS Excel, MS Office and MS Project.
