Provides leadership and execution on the development, monitoring, coordination implementation and communication of assigned EO/AA related projects. Responsible for the oversight and appropriate execution from beginning to end of core projects and specific departmental functions. Conducts the necessary data gathering, data analysis and interpretation to generate and deliver appropriate reports and presentations. Will handle moderately complex to complex problems and has latitude for independent judgment. Project areas include: AAP dissemination, Strategy Plans, Good Faith Efforts, Scorecard Monitoring, education, training, and related reports and deliverables. Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities:With minimal supervision, timely, accurate development and implementation of assigned projects through use of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports Identifies appropriate resources needed and develops schedule to ensure timely completion of project. Conducts project meetings with EO team, internal resources and/or internal stakeholders. Awareness of EO/AA regulatory and employment law changes, trends and developmentsOther duties as assigned.Qualifications:Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.SHRM certification preferred; Project management experience preferred, Minimum of 5 years of Affirmative Action work experience including OFCCP audit preparation and support. Minimum of 3 years Human Resources work experience, HR Generalist experience a plus •Strong computer, software, data management and reporting skills.Effective written and oral communication skills, Effective interpersonal and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, handle a heavy workload and multi-task. Effective organizational and time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail oriented.
