INPATIENT CLINICAL DIRECTOR OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation, a nationally recognized leader in the field of medical rehabilitation located in Pomona, CA is seeking to fill the vital role of Inpatient Clinical Director of Occupational Therapy. The Clinical Director of O.T. will plan, organize and implement the continuous delivery of superior quality occupational therapy service for Casa Colina Hospital inpatient services.  Responsibilities include oversight for compliance of policies and procedures, JCAHO/CARF compliance, employee competencies, assists in clinical program development and staff development. Assists with recruitment and retention, ensures timely and accurate documentation, coordinates appropriate equipment/supplies, and patient care.

 

Minimum Qualifications: 3-5 years supervisory experience working in an inpatient acute rehabilitation facility. Must have received advanced clinically related certification/specialization recognition from a professional organization. CPR/AED is required.
