INSIDE SALES/LEAD GENERATION REPRESENTATIVE

Anodyne Health, Inc., is a national provider of physician revenue cycle solutions and services including business intelligence, billing, coding, credentialing and practice management support.

 

Anodyne Health provides a suite of Practice Intelligence tools that enable our clients to leverage large stores of their physician revenue cycle data in order to improve cash flow and identify opportunities for metric improvement.  Our user friendly tool, Anodyne Practice Intelligence™ allows business users to see revenue data in ways that would otherwise typically take hours or days to obtain.

 

The Anodyne Practice Intelligence™ Tool allows even the non-technical user, from CEO to Collector, to gain total command of performance across the entire revenue cycle continuum (e.g. coding patterns, charge lag analysis, production tracking, collection performance, reimbursement analysis, A/R management, cash-flow trending and payor adjudication patterns).

 

We are seeking candidates for the position of INSIDE SALES / LEAD GENERATION REPRESENTATIVE.  The successful candidate will learn our unique market and proprietary, patented solution set which will prepare the individual to become an outside sales representative.

 

Responsibilities:Implement a defined and structured process for identifying new business to include a campaign of telephone and e-mail prospecting in a niche target market of healthcare business professionals.All prospecting efforts are sourced via directories specific to our industry and include names, titles, phone and e-mail.

 

Qualifications:Energetic, positive attitude combined with a strong work ethic including personal integrity to be punctual, hardworking and produce results.Willingness to learn the healthcare business environment.Desire to develop the foundation of a high-level consultative professional sales career.Verbally eloquent and professionally presentable.Strong well-rounded computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel.Preferred candidate will have had at least one inside sales position and between 1 and 5 years of sales experience.Bachelor’s degree required.
