We’re looking for a self-directed professional with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to join our Irvine office. In this traditional IS project management role, you would drive IT implementation projects for new clients while ensuring timelines are met and that risk assessments and performance statues are reported. Managing internal activities to meet schedules and budgets. Identifying and managing resources. Conforming to an in-house SDLC methodology. Tracking performance and providing status reports. Working to understand and translate the business process. Identifying and mitigating risk. Meeting with sponsors and stakeholders on a regular basis.Qualifications: Must have at least five (5) years of Systems Development experience. Prior project management experience is required; must include management of projects longer than 6 months in duration and working with the full development lifecycle. PMP certification is also required. Experience working with transactional-based applications will be needed. Experience in the healthcare field is preferred. A bachelor's degree is ideal; MBA is a plus.
