For employees working in the analysis phase to prepare detailed specifications, use of the Systems Analysis function will be required. Primary Responsibilities: Functional SME of the application they are supporting.  Must have strong business acumen to translate business requirements into functional specifications.  Ability to effectively propose/design technical solutions based on business requirements and to partner with technical groups to ensure optimal delivery. Use industry best practices to offer clients superior solutions.Qualifications: Predict emerging customer needs and develop innovative solutions to meet them. Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business. Participate in the development of business strategy. Develop and manage business plans to achieve objectives. Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives. Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences. Influence senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches.
