Assist in developing monitoring strategies with tools such as HP OpenView’s OVO, NNM, OVR, OVIS, as well as Compuware's Vantage suite. Provide operations support for monitoring tools and systems. Evaluate progress and results with users and recommends changes in procedures and or tools.Qualifications: BS degree in computer or business related field or equivalent experience is preferred. 3+ years of managing large scale monitoring framework such as HP Openview, Tivoli etc. is required. HP OVO and/or NNM (Network Node Manager) experience preferred. Ability to highlight issues/problems and convey complex thoughts, written and oral, in a clear, concise, timely manner. Ability to provide objective, analytical evaluation of staff and their work product. Strong work ethic, independent and dependable. Excellent team skills, working with both fellow staff members as well as customers, partners and vendors. Desire to continue to grow professionally.
