Implant Treatment Coordinator

Extremely outgoing individual with excellent communication skills needed to manage patients in a highly professional environment.  Candidate must possess strong communication skills for case presentation, be a self-starter, and a creative thinker.  This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires an energetic and committed person who is very customer-service oriented.

Primary duties include implementation of systems geared towards maintaining offices that refer implant candidates.  All logistics and aspects of the implant referring doctor marketing program.  Conducting and tracking all implant patient consultations.  Coordination of all implant activities with the implant surgeon and remaining staff.  Communication with the referring doctors in regard to all implant patients.  Communication with the referring doctors in regard to all steps of implant patient treatment.  Classify referral base as to the number of an production value of referrals.  Education of the referring doctor and staff.

 

Must possess outstanding orgazational skills.  Must have working familiarity with standard office equipment.  Must have a working knowledge of comupter applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
