Walgreens promotes and supports a drug-free and smoke-free workplace.Essential Skills:Work closely with Implementation Specialists to coordinate the documentation of all nationwide PBM plan starts and revisions; Maintain tracking system of all pending, revised, and approved clients; Resolve issues; Update and maintain a detailed corporate database of each client's business arrangement including benefit design and WHI administrative responsibilities; Communicate client, benefit, and claims issues and resolutions with account managers; Forward final approved documentation to all internal contacts; Maintain detailed documentation files.Qualifications:BA or BS degree preferred, Self-directed; Very detailed-oriented with oral and written communications skills; Able to work well within a team environment; Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time; Must be able to work under deadlines; Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Pharmacy experience a plus; 2-3 years of support or related experience..Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 5% Company: Walgreens Location: Bannockburn, IL 60015 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Medical/Health Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Company: Walgreens Reference Code: PCK347-39286
