Implementation Manager, Group Retiree Operations

In this position you would be responsible for end-to-end operational case installation, focusing on the following responsibilities: Overseeing new group and renewal case implementations Creating and maintaining related policies, procedures and audit points Documenting procedures Interfacing with Sales Managers, Group Retiree Implementation Managers and other staff members involved in the implementation processRequired qualifications include: Project/process management experience MS Office proficiency Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred qualifications include: Case installation experience (particularly if this involved commercial group cases) An operational backgroundUnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.
