RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for leading the implementation process for Large Client Accounts as assigned.  Effectively establish and develop successful client relationships while coordinating the success of all implementation projects.  Participate in site visits/ meetings as needed to kick off implementation processes.  Manage the design, development and construction of other projects as assigned.  Interface proactively with both internal and external customers to define requirements and deliver effective results of project. 

· Take ownership of entire implementation process; escalate issues immediately as needed to management to assure success.   

· Responsible for coordinating the effort necessary to assure successful implementation of new COBRA and or FSA Clients within required time frame.   

· Ensure and manage development, testing and deployment of deliverables.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in Business, Math or Computer Science or related health care administration/ HR preferred. Must exhibit demonstrated skills with project management tools and methodologies, lifecycles and problem resolution. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines and be resourceful and assertive to drive projects to completion.Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills required. Knowledge of COBRA and/ or health insurance experience is a plus.  FSA experience is a plus.
