Performs initial/ongoing evaluation of client needs to assess care plan consistent with physician orders for treatments. Participates in continuing quality improvement activities. Required Education and Experience:Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing or equivalent and 1 years nursing experience, including 1 year in specialized registered nurse experience in acute or home care environment. Completion of intravenous skill inventory/training and strong venous access skills required.Preferred Education and Experience:Bachelors Degree in Nursing and 1+ years specialized registered nurse experience in home care environment.
