The Inside Sales Associate position is responsible for:Inside Sales Associates promote and sell a full-line of generic pharmaceutical products (prescription, OTC) to Independent Pharmacies across the Continental United States using sophisticated inside sales techniques (via the telephone). Inside Sales Associates are responsible for achieving a daily sales and account base objective and meeting minimum productivity standards as it pertains to call frequency and duration. Inside Sales Associates are provided with initial and on-going training to ensure that they have the tools necessary to be successful.  Initial training consists of industry, company & customer overviews, in-depth sales skills, customer care, and order entry processes as well as other related topics.  ParMed Pharmaceuticals is seeking dynamic, confident and goal oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and high energy level.  Qualified Candidates will possess basic keyboarding/computer skills, excellent verbal communication skills and proven sales ability.  Prior call center experience a plus. High School Graduate or Equivalent.
