Inside Sales Supervisor

PURPOSE:



 

To supervise the Inside Sales team and enroll Medicare-eligible individuals in THS products to meet targeted company goals.

 

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:



 

¨ Current Life, Accident, Health and HMO License from the State of Texas

¨ College degree preferred

¨ Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

 

 

EXPERIENCE:





 

3-5 years sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry or with Medicare Advantage plans

2-3 Supervisory experience preferred

Experience of working with the elderly preferred

 





REPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:



 

¨ Supervise the sales team through ongoing oversight  of sales activities and support the Inside sales effort in meeting team production goals during the different selling seasons ( Annual or Open Enrollment, Lock-In Enrollment period)

¨ Ensure Inside sales team conducts sales activities in compliance with  CMS regulatory guidelines and company policies and procedures, by monitoring Inside Sales Calls and Telephonic Enrollments

¨ Monitor lead distribution to Inside team to ensure fair distribution of leads at all times

¨ Counsel individual  Inside Sales representatives regarding work performance as needed 

¨ Manage and direct the Inside Sales team schedules to ensure adequate coverage throughout the work week and on weekends dependent on  designated enrollment periods

¨  Meet or exceed minimum sales goal each month by responding to inbound calls, making outbound calls from direct mail, leads and lead lists

§  Minimum of 40 gross apps during Open Enrollment

§  Minimum of 35 gross apps during Lock-In

¨ Accurately and in a timely manner complete enrollment paperwork and documentation in the lead system and assist with assignments as required.
