Inside Sales Support Representative **

Description
Responsible to assist in reaching the national level sales goals; build strong communication with customers by executing the sales & marketing plan, and following up on leads/potential accounts Input and maintain database; Prepare market analysis, sales, & lead activity reports as needed; Maintain customer accounts to assure maximum sales revenue while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction; Attend trade shows; Interact w/ Product Managers, Regulatory/ Quality, and Marketing colleagues in product mgmt to address customer complaints, questions, inquiries; Work closely with Customer Administration to ensure the customers committing to purchase can efficiently order/ obtain the product; Identify and qualify secondary target customer accounts & grow accounts based on revenue and volume qualifications; Handle all administrative duties entailed.

Position Requirements
3-5 years sales experience in external sales and/or tele-sales. Must have excellent communication skills with impressive demeanor, persistent attitude in identifying customer accounts & discovering customer needs/ problems. Must demonstrate a firm grasp of pricing & negotiations and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Minimal travel required (approx 10% to attend tradeshows & sales/marketing meetings). Some travel may involve weekends

Working Hours for these positions are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Educational Requirements
Requires a High School Diploma. BA or BS preferred
