To join our Schaumburg team, we seek a self-motivated, dependable team player to focus on the following responsibilities: Answering calls from members, family members and providers Creating intake registrations Verifying and updating patient information Assisting with routine authorizations and referrals Our ideal candidate has excellent communication, organizational and typing skills, as well as basic computer proficiency. Customer service experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred. Healthcare, managed care or insurance experience is helpful.
