Responsibilities: Our environment emphasizes the nursing process such as: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation, as the frame of reference for practice as a professional registered nurse and provides direct nursing care to patients, families and groups. Candidate will serve as a primary or associate nurse on a patient care team with the authority to make patient care management decisions relative to the nursing plan. Collaboration with other members of the patient care team assists in the planning and coordination patient care goals in order to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Candidate will recognize patient care needs on the continuum and collaborate with other providers to establish a comprehensive plan of care, achieve efficiency between delivery settings, and monitor outcomes. Candidate will demonstrate and support leadership for compassionate, competent patient care and staff development.
