Fresenius is looking for a Sales Director to support the West Coast region The ideal candidate will need to be located CA, WA, OR, AZ or CO. The Sales Director will direct, coach, and measure assigned regional sales and clinical support activities to meet or exceed Regional Home Therapy and Pharmaceutical sales objectives. Establish regional sales and customer priorities provide direction and monitor reports for successful balance of sales efforts. Develop and maintain partnerships with FMS Regional Management including but not limited to Regional Home Therapy Directors, Regional Home Therapy Managers, Regional Vice Presidents, and Physician Strategy Directors. Serve as a primary contact for Home Therapy multi- functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent of education and experience. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Medical or Pharmacology sales management or 5-7 years in Renal or Pharmaceutical Sales. Excellent people skills including ability to motivate, train and mentor reports. Ability to build effective, collaborative teams committed to regional and organizational goals. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to cross organizational and functional boundaries. Computer skills including PPT, Word & Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to collect, collate and report data. Ability to coach and develop by accurately assessing strengths and developmental needs. Ability to champion new initiatives and manage implementation effectively. Excellent presentation, written, oral and communication skills. Ability and willingness to travel.
