Inventory Assistant (1st/2nd Shift Split)

 

The American Red Cross Carolinas Blood Services Region has a career opportunity in our Hospital Services Department for a swing shift Inventory Assistant (Monday – Friday 12noon – 8:30pm) and some weekends. Candidates should be prepared to train on 1st shift, then transition to swing shift.  As an Inventory Assistant you will be trained to retrieve, prepare and pack blood products and related materials for distribution to hospitals.  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, the ability to lift 50lbs, stand for long periods of time, and work in a cold environment.  Distribution/ order puller experience helpful.
