Job Description Inventory/Distribution Manager Our Client is a well-established organization that has been providing service to Northern California for over 55 years! They offer a terrific benefit package including 8% of salary put into a 403b annually!!!They area seeking a strategic leader with strong management skills for their Santa Rosa location. This is your chance to be a part of an organization where you can make a difference!Inventory Management is responsible for determining appropriate product inventory levels. You will monitor and evaluate product inventories analyzing utilization patterns and projections to determine supply needs; monitor inventories for product rotation and outdate control; and conduct daily Production meetings with the management team.You will also be responsible for the following: Distribution, Resource Sharing, Professional Development, Development, Facilities Management, Fleet Management and Supervising 2 leads.Successful candidates have several years of related experience to responsibilities listed above. The right experience for this is someone that understands and can manage product coming in and going out. You should have experience keeping an eye on the inventory and keeping track of this for shortages in advance. Manufacturing or perishable experience is probably a good fit.  Note: warehouse manager moving internal product is not applicable experience.
