SolomonEdwardsGroup would like to invite all medical professionals to our job fair being held this week Tuesday, May 6 through Friday, May 9 between the hours of 9:00a.m. – 3:00p.m, immediate interviews!

All available positions below are temporary to permanent hire and will be Monday through Friday 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m.

 

Medical Customer Service:Respond to customer inquiries via inbound call centerReceive and review the EOBProvide information pertaining to claim adjustments including:  method of payment, co-pay or deductible amounts, reason for denial, claims status, eligibility and referralsInsurance verification of benefit coverageDocument all information appropriatelyData entry of medical coding and claims

 

Medical Collectors:Review EOBs for accuracy of billing and for any payments madeFollow up with insurance companies on past due and denied claimsEvaluate if claim was short paid or deniedWork off of weekly aging reportsAdjusting coding and patient information for claim reprocessing

 

Medical Accounts Receivable Clerks:Review, Audit and Adjust the EOB date, check date and number, date of medical service and medical codesInvestigate claims, payments and charges and match payments and charges to the EOBPost payments received from insurance companies

 

Clerical / Data Entry ClerkSupport lead staff Filing of medical claimsData entry of medical codes and medical claimsMaintain and manage distribution of procedural updates

 

Requirements:Able to start right awayExcellent decision making, problem solving and organizational skillsMust have strong knowledge and application of medical terminologyMust have experience with EOBs, claims, medical codesComputer skills including intermediate Microsoft Word and ExcelHigh school diploma or GED
