Job Coach

Summary

This position provides job coaching and supportive services to assist individuals between the ages of 16-21 years old with mental illness or developmental disabilities to develop employment skills. Job coaching involves contact with the client during trial work experience and regular employment. The Job coach will work with the client to assist them to develop appropriate work skills on their assigned job with gradual reductions in assistance as the client becomes more competent performing their duties. Education RequirementsHigh school diploma plus 2 years of relevant experience. Certified Job Coach under DBDS Section 17 regulations current or obtain with in 3 months of employment.General RequirementsClean Driver's license.Proof of measles, mumps, rubella, varicella immunizations before time of hire.
