Job Titile:Senior Program/Project Manager

Location:Minnesota, Minnesota

Duration:24 Months+ Corp-to-Corp

Full Requirement : 
1. 10+ years of relevant Program and Project Management work experience with projects involving significant business process change, packaged applications deployment, organizational changes and multi-site facilities changes.

2. Strong experience with multi-application integration initiatives

3. Significant and recent experience in the Ambulatory health care setting of an integrated health care system.

4. Significant experience at all stages of projects especially with planning and requirements analysis as well as with testing, training, conversions and go-live execution.

5. Experience with the deployment of Ambulatory EMR applications

6. Demonstrated exceptional business acumen in working with executive level management as well as having a strong command of details.

7. High energy, do what it takes attitude enabling the effective motivation and management of Project managers and Team Leads?both employed and contracted.
 

Notes and Comments:
 
The expectation of this Program/Project Manager position will be to take a lead role to transform the plan that is produced into a viable program and project plan based on realistic work effort estimates, staffing expectations and costs; and to manage the execution of the program and selected projects.

This person will be accountable to a Senior Operating Executive over this practice and the joint operations committee which has been established for management steering.
