**This territory encompasses St. Louis, MO - North to Rushville/Springfield, East to Indiana border, South to Farmington, Benton, West to Sullivan, Warrenton **

Description:Increases Serono product usage with targeted customers via Achieving product market share goals in assigned geographic area. Expanding market penetration for relevant therapy in assigned geographic area. Building customer alliances with Multiple Sclerosis Clinics, physicians, patient advocacy organizations and key groups as directed by Sales Management.Achieving long-term business objectives with all key accounts. Long-term business objectives include identifying customers needs and providing solutions that create win/win partnerships with the customer and Serono, Inc. Performance measurement parameters include achieving market share, unit goals and core competency (behavioral) objectives.


Language and Educationmiddot;Bachelor's degree requiredProfessional Skills and Experiencemiddot;Minimum of three years sales experience preferably in the Specialty Pharmaceutical/Biotech areamiddot;Experience in Multiple Sclerosis and Neurology highly desirablePersonal Qualificationsmiddot;Demonstration of core competencies of job and a consistent track record of sales achievementmiddot;Demonstrated sustained achievement focusmiddot;Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as part of a team.
