Join us today for an inspired and purposeful mix of professional growth opportunities and personal rewards. Primary Responsibilities: Primary service contact for Key Accounts Employer Groups (100 -5000+ employees) and their respective brokers.  Facilitates resolution of administration/service issues and develops strong working relationships that encourage renewal and future business with United HealthCare. Educate broker and client on administrative processes. Service existing business, researching and resolving issues relating to claims, billing and enrollment. Work closely with Account Manager/Account Executive to ensure client receives superior customer service. Address and resolve service issues identified by broker and client. Coordinate enrollment of new and existing groups including conducting enrollment meetings, ordering second sale packets and scrubbing enrollment forms. Multi-site coordination on assigned accounts. Complete paperwork to install new groups and renew existing groups. Complete input into sales tracking system for new groups and renewal of existing groups. Provide pro-active service to clients/brokers. Participate in special projects as requested by management.Qualifications: Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of all UHC products, services and solutions. Working knowledge of Enterprise/ancillary product lines. Ability to identify and communicate the need for improvements in UHC products and services. Internal Operations & Capabilities: Ability to navigate UHC internal departments to produce positive service results for clients and the company. Knowledge of internal people, roles/responsibilities and processes. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong client and producer relationships. Ability to build and maintain strong internal relationships. Ability to work well in cross-functional teams. Customer Focus: Ability to successfully enroll client accounts. Consistency models a customer-focused approach. Effectively manages difficult service situations to a positive result. Anticipates problems and develops contingency plans. Personal Attributes: Consistent performer. Ability to multi-task. Ability to grasp new ideas and products. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Strong presentation skills. Two year college degree or equivalent work experience in the managed health care industry. 2+ years prior customer service experience (preferably in the managed health care industry). Good communication (written and verbal) and listening skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Demonstrated customer service skills including a sense of urgency and ownership for resolving client issues. Excellent computer skills.
