LABORATORY SUPERVISOR - RIA / ENDOCRINOLOGY DEPT.

We are currently searching for a RIA/ENDOCRINOLOGY SUPERVISOR for our RIA/ENDOCRINOLOGY DEPT. in our LAKE SUCCESS, NY location.

This position is responsible for supervising our RIA/Endocrinology Department of approximately 15 employees.  Responsible for efficiently managing staffing levels and department schedule, provide training, ensuring personnel adhere to SOPs, ensure turn-around-times are met, and work is performed efficiently & timely.

Requirements:

B. S. Medical Technology
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical lab experience.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
Experience or knowledge in RIA / Endocrinology.
Ability to demonstrate leadership & motivational skills.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Shift is 4:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays.
