Healthways is seeking a fulltime Lead Coach Manager (LCM) to support the efforts of our Health Advising Division in our Tempe, AZ office. Under the direction of the DCM, the LCM leads and manages a team of approximately 10 - 15 FTE colleagues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - The coaching, development and daily support and management of the team. - LCM is accountable for the Colleague Development Process (CDP), metric and quality performance monitoring, time and labor management, scheduling, and clinical / contract support. - Allocate 50% of his or her time actively health coaching. Requirements:* The successful candidate will be a registered nurse or hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in a health related field. * Sufficient knowledge of health coaching to perform health coaching duties. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Minimum of 1 year of health coaching experience. * Detail oriented and well organized. * Leadership experience preferred (i.e., coaching mentoring, staff development, participative leadership style, project management). * Results oriented and engaged in collaborative goal setting. * Team player. * Flexible. * Demonstrates follow-through on assignments. * Effectively navigates telephony and Computer Information Systems technology. * Displays sound judgment and critical thinking. * Demonstrates time management skills (i.e., prioritization, timely follow-up, balanced time health advising with other responsibilities, meets deadlines). * Meets or exceeds current performance standards. * Positive attitude (solution oriented and ability to deal with ambiguity). * Available to work all shifts/days as needed. * Ability to deliver and receive feedback, including difficult discussions.* Ability to motivate * Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentialityWe are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.business management,call center,customer service,Health Advisor,Health Coach,leadership,leadership development,Lifestyle Management Coach,organizational development,prioritize,problem solving,relationship building,supervision,Toad,training and development,verbal communication,written communication
