LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER

LICENSED SOCIAL WORKER (with CASAC preferred) for FT/12 month position: Port Chester, NY looking for a Licensed Social Worker with CASAC credentialing for its School Based Health Center.  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must. Work alongside dedicated colleagues treating students in a school based practice.

We are looking for a social worker who is experienced working with adolescents with a strong background in substance prevention (preferably a CASAC).  Must be a team player and able to collaborate and work well within varying systems. Responsibilities include groups, prevention work, individual caseload, outreach and participation in meetings; health education; and working with school administration. Patient population is urban, adolescent, and predominantly Hispanics.
