LICSW Clinical Enrollment and Evaluation Manager.  Salary range low 60’s with minimal wiggle room.  Possibility of a sign on bonus for the right candidate as well as relocation assistance (for out of state only).  Must be an LICSW with extensive experience working with youth, Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. 

The Enrollment and Evaluation Manager provides oversight of clinical quality in assessment of incoming members and supervision of program evaluation functions. As a member of the Clinical Management Team, the Clinical Enrollment and Evaluation Manager contribute to the development of clinical processes that support optimal integration of clinical and administrative processes.

Responsibilities:
• Management of the clinical and administrative functions program-wide for member enrollment in
  a manner consistent with program philosophy and contract mandate including but not limited to
  clinical assessments, home-based and community meetings
• Providing home visits for the purpose of clinical assessment and client enrollment
• Hiring, training, supervision, and performance evaluation of Enrollment and Research 
  Department Staff (currently: Clinical Outcomes Coordinator and Clinical Enrollment and
  Evaluation Associate)
• Participation in key meetings with external collaborators, including but not limited to: MHSPY
  Area Level Operations Team, meetings with provider agencies, school representatives, and
  referral agencies such as DSS, DMH, DOE, and DYS
 
Qualifications:
• Master of Social Work and Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
• Significant experience (5 + years) in working with children and families with complex mental
  health needs in a manner that respects client wishes and beliefs and involves them in shared
  decision making
• Bilingual and bicultural candidates preferred. Program's most critical language needs currently
