LMSW Social Worker

Families First, Georgia's largest non-profit family service agency providing holistic services to children and families in joepardy, is seeking a LMSW Social Worker to supervise the operation two group homes for adolescent boys. 

The position is accountable for:
Delivering direct social work services to a case load of 14 adolescent boysSupervision of group home parents to ensure the devised treatment program is carried outProviding counseling to the natureal parents when appropriateEvaluating children entering careCompleting in-take processDivise treatment plansTimely completion of all paperwork, case records as required by the stateRequirements:
Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) credential is a must for this positionMinimum of one year experience working with adolescent boys in a group home or foster care settingAbility to multi-task, prioritize, work well under pressure and handle difficult sitations with easeExcellent Organizational Skills
