LVN Nurse Manager - Assisted Living

Beautiful Assisted Living campus in central Sacramento is in need of a Nurse to supervise the assisted living and care department.  This is an empowering, team oriented environment.

Job Info:
Aday in the life of this job includes: conducting assessments, craftingappropriate care plans, training, staffing, scheduling, and workingwith resident's families and physicians to ensure that we are providingthe highest quality care. This is a non-acute setting so there is alotof positive interaction with our residents.

Requirements:
Theideal candidate will have solid nursing experience with some backgroundin geriatrics. Experience Supervisory experienceis required.
 
Here's the formal list:
- Current CA Nursing License (LVN or RN) in good standing;
- At least 3+ years of nursing experience- with 1= years in a management or supervisory role;
- Background working with seniors is preferred!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Team player with the ability to instill "sense of team" in department;
- Good time management and organizational skills.
