Lead Clinician Physical Therapist or Chiropractor

The SpineOne Program (www.spineonemed.com) is looking for a qualified individual to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the leader in Spine Rehabilitation in the Bay Area. Located in Los Gatos, CA. Our interdisciplinary out-patient spine program provides an opportunity for growth within a protocol-driven active exercise program utilizing pain management techniques for spine specific rehabilitation patients. The SpineOne Team includes physiatrists specialized in pain medicine, pain psychologists, physical and exercise therapists, vocational specialists and chiropractors specialized in rehabilitation. Instruction in SpineOne exercise protocols and additional training/certification will be provided including DBC (Documentation Based Care www.dbc.fi), and McKenzie Method, www.mckenziemdt.org. Educational Requirement: PT, MPT, DPT, DC, B.S., M.S., or equivalent.

The Lead Clinician is responsible for overseeing and delivering physical medicine services, performing educational lectures and overseeing of and treatment planning with the other Spine Exercise Specialists (SES's). Additional responsibilities include documentation and preparation of reports, performing evaluations and completion of tasks and assignments as directed by the Director of Rehabilitation. The Lead Clinician must be a licensed (P.T.,D.C. or other equivalent).
