Lead Coordinator / Data Entry / Switchboard Operator

The Lead Coordinator's job is at the forefront of the Marketing Department, answering every inbound phone call and ensuring that our candidate Nurses and Healthcare Professionals have the opportunity to work with us. The Lead Coordinator not only welcomes and creates the path for employment, but also actively searches various resources for potential new, incoming leads.
Position Description:
The Lead Coordinator is expected to multi-task. The role is primarily focused on candidate identification, routing and data entry, but requires competent phone and internet skills that promote the company and provide additional recruitment leads to the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for qualifying resumes and/or candidate profiles to ensure they meets basic Reflectx / TravelMax guidelinesAccurately enter and maintain data in the Applicant Tracking System to insure one independent record for each leadEfficiently and Fairly distribute leads from all sources to recruitersEfficiency is defined at no more than 10 minutes per lead routed, or at minimum, 48 leads per dayLeads are to be routed via electronic “wheels.” Provides majority of main-line phone answering, handling up to 60 calls an hour.
· Maintains contact with recruiters and is responsible for tracking age of in-coming leads.
· Analyzes and organizes department operations and procedures such as information management, filing systems, and other clerical services.
· Compose routine correspondence.
· Works independently on special projects and assignments.
· Works with marketing department on special projects.
· Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
High school education or equivalent. Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Fast, accurate typing skills (>60 CWPM).
