JOB SUMMARY: In addition to regular duties of job assists members of team with resolution of problems, performing job duties, distribution of work, time and attendance.The Lead will assist the supervisor or manager in the day-to-day operations. He/she will be the direct contact person for all daily questions and requests from other AIS colleagues regarding questions, issues or concerns. He/she will still be responsible for auditing an acceptable number of bills per day, in addition to the Unit Lead duties.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:'Work directly with supervisor or manager in day-to-day operations 'Perform processor duties of respective department (code review, MBR, etc.)'Answer related questions from other AIS colleagues'Process bills'Facilitate bi-weekly meetings with team'Train new Processors'Provide Quality Assurance audits on new Processor, and re-educate as necessary'Communicate with adjusters and providers regarding previously audited bills'Still be able to complete an acceptable number of audited bills per day (number to be determined) QUALIFICATIONS:'Minimum 2-3 years job related experience with AIS'Previous supervisor experience preferred'Computer literate'Excellent oral and written communication skillsWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: 'Office environment To Apply, Click here The Circle of Success.Concentra's mission is to improve the quality of life by making health care accessible and affordable.
