Qualifications

·  Ability to meet or improve upon deadlines

·  Understand the financial elements of lease analysis

·  Ability to comprehend and interpret lease terminology

·  Self-Starter with innate ability to be proactive ensuring all necessary tasks completed in a timely and cost-effective manner

·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

·  Proficient use Yardi helpful but not required

·  Paralegal experience helpful

·  Thrives in a multi-faceted, fast-paced environment

 



Responsibilities

·  Helps Director manage the entire life cycle of a lease

·  Drafts lease proposals, lease approval forms, and lease documents per Landlord standards

·  Tracks tenant renewal timelines

·  Maintains file system to track when documents are mailed, signed, returned, and finalized

·  Monitors upcoming critical dates

·  Generates leasing flyers and mailers, coordinates the installation of leasing signs

·  Assists in planning “open house” activities

·  Updates electronic listings

·  Generates monthly/weekly leasing reports

·  Handles phone calls from tenants, transaction managers, and property managers

·  Creates estoppels and SNDA’s upon request

·  Other responsibilities as assigned
