Program Overview:

CHL's  Together For Kids (TFK) Coalition aims to promote the general health, social, and emotional well-being of young children (ages 3 - 5) and their families throughout Central Massachusetts. TFK continues to work to improving  childcare and children's mental health through sustainable systems' change with a unified vision, energy, and the commitment of multiple public and private partners.  The coalition provides multi-disciplinary services including home based and school based services to children and their families.  The coalition is also involved in extensive advocacy and research in the area of pre-school mental health.

Job Responsibilities:

FT (37.5 hrs/wk)  Licensed Clinician to Conduct assessments and evaluations.Develop and implement culturally competent individualized treatment plans.Conduct family therapy.Provide consultation and intervention services to day care and other providers of services to preschool age children and their families.Act as an advocate for children, their families, and other service providers in accessing relevant services.Provide educational support to constituencies.Be able to maintain a caseload of clients who are seen in the community while being able to contribute to the overall success of the program's multi-disciplinary team of services providers.Possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:License eligible required.  Preference will be given to licensed - LMHC, LCSW, LICSW or independent psychologist - clinicians. Master's degree in social work, psychology, early childhood education or related field required.  Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience required; three to five (3-5) years experience preferred.  Clinical experience and/or clinical research relating to population a big plus.Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
