CHL's Geriatric Mental Health Program is a very specilized program that offers numerous services to elders, their families and caregivers, throughout Worcester County.  The program's muti-disciplinary team is led by a board certified psychiatrist, clinical nursing staff, and several clinicians who work with individuals in nursing home, home and clinic based settings.  The team provides mental health services; instruction and educational supprort around recognizing signs and symptoms of mental illness; assessments and development of individualized treatment plans and on-going support.The program seeks:

FT (37.5 hrs/wk) Licensed Independent Clinician to:

 Provide services in clinic, home and nursing home based settings.Conduct assessments and evaluations.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Provide on going support, education and advocacy services to  care givers and families of clients.Contribute to the overall success of the multi-disciplinary team while working independently with a caseload of clients.

QualificationsLICSW or licensed psychologist required.Master's degree in counseling, social work, rehabilitation and/or required field required.  Course work and/or clinical experience with geriatric population required.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in field required.Valid MA driver's license and car required.Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
