Our caregiver teams provide compassionate care for terminally ill patients and their families during one of the most difficult times in their lives.We are seeking a full time LSW/MSW for our rapidly growing program serving Southwest Jersey.  In this role, you will use your training and experience to be a vital, contributing member of an interdisciplinary care team – providing support to our patients and their loved ones – whether they live at home or in a long term care setting.  The successful candidate will possess two or more years of post-Masters social work experience and the appropriate state licensure.
