Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Come lead our team! SunBridge a leader in rehabilitative and long-term healthcare, has an opportunity for an Administrator at our 107-bed skilled nursing center located in Sparta, North Carolina.
The Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures, Corporate Integrity Agreement, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities. The administrator is responsible for developing and maintaining employee relations, ensuring the coordination of the delivery of quality care and services, consistent with the facility’s obligations at law and under the applicable policies and procedures and achieving business development goals and results.

Requirements
* Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound business operation.
* Possess knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long-term administration.
* Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
* Ability to read and interpret financial records and reports.
* Ability to interpret, communicate and implement policies, procedures, regulations, reports, etc. to personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and government agencies/personnel.
* Sufficient verbal and written communication skills to perform the tasks required.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
* Current Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator licensure.
